Coconut snow skin moon cake with custard filling. The snow skin and filling are both made with less sugar and less fat. This is a great alternative for those watching their diet.
Each cake is approximately 2 ounces and 2" wide by 1" thick.
Since cakes are homemade, store cakes in the freezer and defrost atleast four hours before eating. These cakes can be stored in the freezer for up to three weeks.

Ingredients: glutinous flour, wheat flour, rice flour, sweet condensed milk, coconut milk, caster sugar, all purpose flour, tapioca flour, custard flour, whole milk. Cakes are made in a kitchen that works with nuts.
