This jelly moon cake's skin is made with the wonderful smelling fruit, durian! Truly refreshing to eat and so beautiful to look at using a flower mold.
Each cake is approximately 3 ounces and 2.5" wide by 1.25" thick.
Since cakes are homemade, store cakes in the freezer and defrost atleast four hours before eating. These cakes can be stored in the freezer for up to three weeks.

Ingredients: agar-agar, gelatin powder, caster sugar, water, coconut milk, sweet condensed milk, durian. Cakes are made in a kitchen that works with nuts.
