lychee red bean
Lychee snow skin moon cake with a red bean filling. The homemade red bean filling is finished in a texture which the Japanese refer to as "tsubushian", or crushed bean paste. The beans were washed, simmered until softened and partially hand-mushed to form this consistency.
THIS IS A PREORDER. Cakes will be shipped via USPS the week of October 20th. Only one lychee red bean cake is available in this listing. Soy sauces are only available for purchase as part of a set.
Each cake is approximately 3 ounces and is 2.5" long by 2" wide by 1" thick.
Since cakes are homemade, store cakes in the freezer and defrost atleast four hours before eating. These cakes can be stored in the freezer for up to three weeks.
Ingredients: glutinous flour, wheat flour, rice flour, sweet condensed milk, lychee, caster sugar, all purpose flour, tapioca flour, whole milk, red bean. Cakes are made in a kitchen that works with nuts.
